América Latina Contra del Cambio Climático / Latin America Against Climate Change
Según una encuesta del 2019, el cambio climático global continúa clasificándose como la principal preocupación entre los países latinoamericanos. Esta subvención es para apoyar proyectos que respondan a la emergencia climática <> Per a 2019 survey, global climate change continues to rank as the top concern among Latin American countries. This grant is to support projects responding to the climate emergency.

Criterios de calificación para la subvención de ShareYourself.

Para que su proyecto califique para la subvención, debe cumplir con los requisitos mínimos que se detallan a continuación:

Primera Etapa: Salta y comienza

Requisitos:

    Crear un proyecto de impacto social en la plataforma SYS
    Subir una foto del proyecto
    Subir una foto de perfil
    Tener una llamada de orientación de 10 minutos con un miembro del equipo ShareYourself


Segunda etapa: haga que su proyecto avance ... rápido

Requisitos:


    Tener al menos 3 miembros de la tribu en su proyecto.
    Siga 5 proyectos / miembros diferentes (excluyendo miembros del equipo SYS)
    Cree al menos dos actualizaciones de proyectos en la plataforma ShareYourself por semana
    Cree múltiples hitos y tareas utilizando las funciones de gestión de proyectos en ShareYourself


Información Adicional:

    El dinero de la subvención debe utilizarse para el beneficio del proyecto, no del destinatario.
    El proyecto debe tener una misión centrada en el cambio climático con foco en América Latina.
    Las subvenciones se otorgan a proyectos que demuestran progreso, viabilidad y una fuerte participación del creador del proyecto y los miembros de la tribu.



ShareYourself Grant Qualification Checklist 


In order for your project to qualify for the grant, it must meet the minimum requirements outlined below: 

First Stage: Jump in and get started

Requirements:


Second Stage: Get your Project moving...fast

Requirements:
  • Have at least 3 team members on your project
  • Follow 5 different projects/members (excluding SYS team members) 
  • Create at least two project updates on the ShareYourself platform per week
  • Create multiple milestones and tasks by using the project management features on ShareYourself  

Additional information:

  • The grant money must be used to benefit the project, not the recipient.
  • The project must have a climate change focused mission based in Latin America.
  • Grants are awarded to projects that demonstrate progress, viability, and strong involvement from the project creator and tribe members.

Who is deciding the grant winners? Back to top
Winners are decided by either specific clients providing the grant or by members of the ShareYourself staff. We select winners during a meeting dedicated to thoroughly reviewing each individual application and project.

How does ShareYourself decide the grant winners? Back to top
If the ShareYourself staff is choosing winners rather than an external client or grant provider we do the following...

Grant winners are chosen based on the following criteria:
  • The project must meet the grant criteria; whether it’s location or theme.
  • The quality of steps taken towards completion of requirements.
  • Active interaction with the ShareYourself platform by both the project creator and their team.
    • Activity is defined as demonstrating progress on the development of the project, which includes:
      • Frequency of logins
      • Opening and closing tasks and milestones
      • Creating detailed, creative and authentic tasks and milestones
      • Sharing updates
  • Active communication with the ShareYourself team regarding the project.
  • Demonstration of enthusiasm and dedication for the project, social/environmental impact, and action the project requires in order to succeed.

We accept projects that are at any stage of completion. In fact, we encourage new projects so that the applicant is able to collaborate and share ideas with the ShareYourself community.

The majority of our grants are awarded to multiple applicants, if you demonstrate that you have a dedication to improving our world - then you will have a higher chance of winning the grant.
