Born on the 24th May 1979, Sam grew up in a polygamous home of a certified Engineer father- Late Johnson ODUSOLU with late Mrs. Rebecca ODUSOLU (mother) as the second of three wives, to develop an affection for self-employment. He was introduced into money making businesses by his late mother back in the early 1980s when he was trained on how to weave baskets and sell farm produce to earn little income for keeps. Coming from a literate home, the principles of money management was inculcated in his upbringing, and same has till date, been guiding his daily spending. As nature will have it, Sam found himself in a University of Agriculture in Nigeria where they were always trained more to be a job provider than a job seeker. Due to his father's health challenges and final demise in 2010 which really dealt a heavy blow on his academic pursuits, he had to pull out of the University after his final project defense and having no financial back up to re-take his failed papers, he resulted to managing as a clerical officer. Having tested the waters without any satisfaction, he began his farming business in July 2016 till date.

Leadership Skills
As a leader in his business, he oversees fundraising, planning and implementation; including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation. Among the wealth of experience gathered in this course is the challenge to solely have a business strive for success without a sponsor. Starting up a business from scratch in any developing country like Nigeria and without an iota of assistance either from the government or individual could be so frustrating as even the country's system doesn't so much encourage young and/or promising entrepreneurs to see the light of the day.

Personal Achievement
As an industrious Nigerian youth who grow up with the passion for anything agriculture, coupled with the training of becoming a self-employed individual, right from home, mr. Odusolu has since developed this idea never to be a liability to his society under the umbrella of "job seeking" rather, to be an employer of labor and add his own quota to the development of our society. With his Agribusiness, below are few his achievements:
- Awarded as a Fellow of the US Consulate, Lagos
- A Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Grant beneficiary
- An Alumni of the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Program
- The Ogun Hub-Lead of the TEF

License and Certifications
Among the license and certifications he has so far earned are:
Fellow, US Consulate Lagos
Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Certified Entrepreneur
Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Certified Entrepreneur
CISCO Certified Cyber Security
Ideas for a better Change: Leading change through Policy Making

A Philanthropist in making, Sam ODUSOLU is happily married with the blessings of GOD in the union.
