Covid-19 Direct Touch Project (for kid's protection)

SDG 3: GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

To teach the kids how to protect themselves against Covid-19, especially against contractable parents.

Located

Asaba, Delta
Nigeria

The Where
Like I said in my earlier project, all through my leadership of my team at Godjen Trust Ltd, and my interaction with people of diverse background, I've come to realize that in the eventuality of any emergency, the children, the poorest of the poor, the less privileged, orphans, people with disabilities, etc are the most vulnerable. And, in this Covid-19 Lockdown in my community here in Asaba Delta State Nigeria , that's the real situation.

Then, in the course of my reaching out to the less privileged people, to share some love and care during the Day1 of the covid-19 lockdown here, I discovered that the kids needs to be taught how to be protected themselves against Covid19, especially against contractable parents.

The children need to be taught in simple languages and fun approach without close
or body contact about how to protect themselves against Covid19. Sweets, candies, chocolate and biscuits are good to attract them to learn.

The Why
It will help the children to be protected against Covid19. God forbid that we the adults fall for covid-19, they will remain to move on the world. Which will result to a sustainable world.

The What
To teach the children how to protect themselves against Covid19, especially against exposed parents.

They will be taught in simple languages and fun approach without close or body contact about how to protect themselves against Covid19. Sweets, candies, chocolate and biscuits will be deployed to attract them to learn. They will be taught how wear PPEs, wash their hand regularly, keep their hand away from their mouths, eyes and noses, avoid body contacts and touching surfaces. They will be given opportunity to ask questions as much as they wish. A house to house approach will be deployed. Thanks to my local authority's approval for verifiable volunteers in the fight against Covid-19 to move freely in as much as they observing the necessary health emergency guidelines.
