We intend to source, purchase and replant 2,000 mangrove pods in order to restore lost swamp forest biodiversity due to crude oil spills and Nipa Palm invasion in the Ogoni mangrove swamp forest.
Many school children in rural communities practice open defecation, do not have access to safe water and so are daily exposed to many diseases such as cholera, diarrhea etc; access to clean water will not just help them to thrive but also give them a healthier life.
